1. Delivery Areas & Charges

We provide home delivery services across all of Bangladesh. Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh): 120 BDT

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on orders over 1,500 BDT. (You can change this amount if needed).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver within the following timeframes:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka: 3 - 5 business days. (Please note: Delivery may be slightly delayed due to political unrest, natural disasters, or courier-related internal issues.)

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Our representative may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is handed over to RedX, we will provide you with a Tracking ID. You can check the current status of your shipment at any time using the link below:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You can pay the delivery man in cash after receiving your product.

6. Inspection at Delivery

We recommend checking the product in front of the delivery person. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please return it to the delivery man immediately and contact us.
